The three BCAAs, L-leucine, L-isoleucine & L-valine, cannot be produced by the human body and must therefore be supplied through food. What are BCAA+ L-Glutamine Caps?

Our BCAA+Glutamine Caps combine four important amino acids in a super convenient amino supplement. The highly-dosed capsules have been specifically formulated to cover an increased amino acid demand during intense training periods.
The three BCAAs L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine are classified essential, which means that the body cannot produce them on its own. Accordingly, they must be ingested through food on a regular basis to avoid a deficiency. L-glutamine is classified as a semi-essential or conditionally-essential amino acid. Under normal circumstances, the body's own production is sufficient, but in phases of increased demand, additional L-glutamine must be supplied to cover the body´s needs.
