Below you will find some frequently asked questions about shipping, returns and exchanges.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping within Germany usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

If you are not present when the delivery is made, the delivery person will usually make another delivery attempt or leave the package at a nearby parcel shop or packing station. You will be informed where you can pick up your package.

For orders within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of €5.99. We offer free shipping on orders over €69. Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Please see our shipping information for details.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will make sure that you receive either a replacement or a refund.

Are shipping costs also refunded in the case of a return?

For orders below a merchandise value of 69 euros, we cannot refund the original delivery costs. take over.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with our return policy.

How and when will I receive my money back in the event of a return?

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used.

How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to view the status of your delivery online at any time. Alternatively, you can log into your customer account and view the current status there.

Can I change my order later?

Changes to an order are only possible as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To do so, contact our customer service as soon as possible to communicate your change requests.

I have not received an order confirmation – what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you have not received an email, there may be a typo in the email address. In this case, please contact our customer service so that we can resend you the order confirmation.

How long do Weider products last and how should they be stored?

The shelf life of our products is usually 1-2 years from the date of manufacture. They should be stored in a cool and dry place.

Are Weider products suitable for people with food allergies?

Many of our products are designed to meet special dietary needs, including gluten-free and lactose-free options. If you are unsure, we recommend checking the ingredients before purchasing or contacting our customer service team.

Can I combine Weider products?

Yes, many of our products can easily be combined to support your fitness goals. For example, our whey protein combines well with creatine and a pre-workout supplement. However, make sure not to exceed the recommended daily dose of each product.
